How to register?
To use CTSpersonalised service, simply click the registration link and follow the instructions. You can select your own Login IDand receive password after registration. Please be reminded that the Login ID cannot contain Chinese characters, special characters and space. The password will be selected randomly abd sent to the email account that you provided to us. After registered successfully, you can use the Login IDand password for the services provided by CTS
What can I do if I forget my password?
If you forget the password or can not login successfully, please send email to webmaster@ctscargo.com. After confirming your Login ID, we will set a new password and send to the email account that you provided to us during registration.
How to login?
Enter your Login ID and password on the top-left corner in the homepage, then press the "Login"button. After we confirming your ID, you can use the services provided by us and design your personalised menu.
How can I know the status of my goods?
To use our cargo tracking services, you don't need to login or even register as our user. Just click the "Cargo Tracking" link and choose the corresponding services, follow the instructions to enter the enquiry criteria, you can check the status of your goods.

Why didn't I get the password after registration?
By confirming your registration, our system will set a password randomly and send to the emaill account your provided to us. The email shall be titled "CTS Registration Information". Thus you have to provide us a correct email address.
What should I do after receiving the password?
For security reason, please login to ctscargo.comand change the password after receiving it.
Are there any rules and terms that I have to agree before registration?
1. During registration, please provide real, correct, updated and completed information, and update those information as soon as possible whenever they are changed. CTS bears no legal responsibility if you lose the login ID and/or password.

2. Any disturbance, confusion and/or violation to the terms, rules, procedure and requirement of the service on the system or network are not allowed. Users have to obey Hong Kong laws.

3. To copy, sale or re-sale of the data obtained in this service for commercial use are not allowwed.

What will the personal information (that I provided to you) be used for?
Those information will be used for:
1. conveniencing you to use our web service, so that you don't need to enter the same data repetedly;

2. helping you to get to our services on ctscargo.com more rapidly;

3. helping us to create and provide you with more and more services;

4. The data collected by ctscargo.com will be used within our company, including subsidiary company of CTS Cargo.
What can I do if there are errors?
With the assumption that you enter correct information (eg. Login ID, password, order number, etc), if errors occurred (eg. failed to login, no cargo information displayed, etc), you can send an email to admin@ctscargo.com or phone us at 00852-********, we will solve the problem as soon as possible.
Are there special services for registered users?
Being our registered users, besiding using our online cargo tracking service, you are able to place orders directly through internet and print it with your browser. Also, you can enjoy personalized interface on our web.
Do I need to pay for registration?
The online services on ctscargo.com are totally free.this does include the charges of cargo transportation through online ordering.
