Regarding to the New Customs Declaration Procedure
about Cross District Railway Importation Service
Regarding to the deployment of 'Cross District Rapid Customs
Declaration System' by China Customs, and the new supervise
and control measures about import and export cargoes announced
by Shenzhen Customs, these implementation have benefited the
operation of cross district railway importation service.
Many documents had to be filed in the complicated procedures
for customs declaration in the past; unnecessary cost and detentions
were often caused to the customers as incorrect or missing data
were provided.
The new procedures:
- Consignee should collect all related documents
and send them to Destination's Customs for customs
declaration in advance, fax or e-mail the copy of
'Customs Declaration for Import Service' to the Consignor
before loading or transporting of the cargo. (Wagon
No. or Bill of Lading No. on 'Customs Declaration
for Import Service' can be amended or supplemented
by Shenzhen Customs.
- Consignor entrusts our company for loading or arranging
transportation with presentation of the copy of 'Customs
Declaration for Import Service'.
- After Shenzhen Customs authenticates electronic
data with the copy of 'Customs Declaration for Import
Service', the cargoes would be released.
- When arriving destination, consignee can pick up
the cargoes after customs clearance procedure and
tax disbursements were finished.
- If customs declaration procedure has not been handled
in advance, cargoes will be transported following
the old procedure: consignor has to present all appropriate
documents to the Shenzhen Customs.
